Well endowed secular Kalenjin Artist Diana Chemutai Musila who was popularly known as Chelele was on Saturday 9thJanuary 2016 found dead in her house in Kapwen, Bomet County. County Police Commander Leah Kithei revealed that the singer’s body had several stab wounds and was found lying at the veranda.
It is alleged that Chelele might have been killed elsewhere then her body dragged to her compound since the gate and the door were opened and there were no signs of breaking in.
According to Bomet OCPD Abel Sande said preliminary investigations indicate that the female artiste was murdered.
